Misuse of Funds: Members found misusing or misrepresenting the fund may be removed from the society.
Geographic Restrictions: The society only covers funerals that occur within the UK.
No Partial Refunds: Membership fees and annual fees are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation.
Funeral Coverage: The society does not arrange the funeral — it provides financial support only.

Subscription and Renewal Fees
Membership fee (one-time): £500 per adult; non-refundable.
Annual subscription fee: £80 per year; non-refundable.
Children who were covered by a parent and turn 18: discounted membership fee is £30, plus the £80 annual fee.
The society reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant.
Both fees are subject to change due to external factors (e.g., council burial fees, coffin costs).

General Membership Rules
The society’s aim is to provide financial assistance to a member, their spouse, and dependents in the event of bereavement.
Membership requires strict adherence to all rules.
Annual subscriptions must be paid between January 1st and February 28th each year. Failure to renew means forfeiture of membership and eligibility for benefits.
When children reach age 18, they must apply for membership in their own right (see New Members section).

Anyone who wants to become a member of this Society will have to adhere strictly to all the rules.
All members must pay their annual membership fee on time.
Members are required to inform the committee of any changes in personal details.
Membership is non-transferable and must be renewed yearly.
